1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, such as name, email, password hash and optional WhatsApp number; public store or product URLs you submit; saved buyer prompts; audit results; support messages; and limited technical logs needed for security and reliability.
2. Public-page audits
The free audit requests publicly accessible website pages, robots.txt and sitemap endpoints. It does not require a store password, read private orders or customers, bypass access controls, or place an order. Submitted URLs and audit results may be stored to provide shareable reports and improve the service.
3. Payments and communications
Payment details are processed by the displayed payment provider; StayOnChat does not store raw card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. If you opt in to WhatsApp or email, we use those channels for requested support, account and product alerts. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We use hosting, database, payment, email, analytics and messaging providers only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
5. Retention, security and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed for the service, security, billing and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. You may request access, correction or deletion through our contact page; some records may be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it.
6. India and international processing
StayOnChat is operated from India. Infrastructure providers may process information in other countries subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
7. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
In accordance with India's DPDPA 2023: Data Fiduciary: StayOnChat, New Delhi, India. We process personal data only for the purposes stated in this policy and with your consent (provided at account creation or audit submission). You have the right to: (a) access your personal data, (b) correct inaccurate data, (c) erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and (d) nominate a representative. To exercise these rights, contact us through our support page. We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

For a privacy request, use the support form or the official WhatsApp number shown there. Never send a password, OTP, card number or UPI PIN.
